The construction of offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea is a strategic direction for the transformation of the electricity sector in Poland. It will be one of the most rapidly growing sectors of the economy in the coming years. Therefore, it is important to increase the chances for effective use of EU funds for 2021-2027 in this regard. Together with industry stakeholders, we are presenting recommendations that will allow for the development of human resources for the OWE sector in Poland.
